Today I want to discuss your skin care routine. For one, it is very important to use a really great acne skin cleanser. You only want to wash your face twice a day. More than that is too much and can cause damage. Before washing hold your wash cloth on your skin that has been soaked in lukewarm water. You just want to gently open the pores. Then rub the cleanser on your skin using your fingertips. Rinse by either splashing water on your face or using a washcloth. Don’t scrub, just be gentle.
